Options Resourcing had been growing fast across seven UK offices. Then their IT provider gave short notice they were ceasing services. They needed a new platform built, migrated, and live within 30 days without taking the business offline for a single hour.

They didn't need a supplier. They needed someone who could move fast, take ownership, and get it done right.

Challenge

Options Resourcing's existing provider was walking away. That meant a complex migration of business-critical applications and databases across seven locations, with no room for error and no tolerance for downtime. Previous attempts with other providers had either stalled or made things worse. The clock was running.

Solution

We identified Azure Remote Desktop as the right fit and got to work. The migration was planned in detail, dependencies mapped, third-party system providers coordinated, and engineers placed on-site at every location for the switchover weekend. Staff logged in Monday morning to a fully operational system. Everything worked.
